Netgear’s Open Source Wireless-G Router Openly Plays Nice with Tomato / DD-WRT

Netgear is getting savvy with its marketing by actually aiming its WGR614L at tweakers who just melt upon hearing either term. The so-called open source Wireless-G router features a 240MHz MIPS32 CPU, 4MB of flash memory, 16MB of RAM, an external 2 dBi antenna and a second internal diversity antenna to enhance range.
The WGR614L wireless-G Router is available as we speak for a very manageable $69.

Niro Breakout a New Spherical Suround System

When the engineers at Niro first took on the task of developing our new sound systems, I thought it best to go back to basics; back to the beginning - and that just what they did.
Niro introduces their new 5.1 ch spherical surround system and uses a bit of geometry in their technology. The audio system features a subwoofer, base speaker, top speaker and built-in amplifier, and offers 3 drivers of 90mm, an impedance of 9Ω, and an output power of 30Wx3, while the top speaker features 2 drivers of 60mm an impedance of 8Ω, and an output power of 30Wx2.
Finally, the amplifier is compatible with Dolby Digital, DTS, AAC, and Dolby Pro Logic formats, and will set back you 600€ big ones.

Audio Technica will soon be launching some new DAP and Mp3 player headphones, with a frequency response of 15Hz-22,000Hz, a sound pressure sensitivity of 100dB/mW, an impedance of 32?, and 30mm drivers. Lookout for these headphones in pink, white, brown, or black colors.
