Google Preparing to Launch Chrome Extensions

Google Chrome is lightning-fast, holds over 3% of the browser market, and will soon become an operating system . Yet while it has several decisive advantages over Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox, and other browsers, there is one thing it does not have: extensions . We’ve known that extensions were coming to Chrome since February , but so far only the developer version of Chrome has extensions.
